Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Jake Wilton Photography (ABN 45 729 193 790), referred to throughout these terms as "we", "us" or "our".

All photographic artwork displayed and sold through this website is created and owned by Jake Wilton Photography unless otherwise stated.

2. Products & Artwork

All photographs displayed on this website represent original photographic artwork by Jake Wilton Photography.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of a finished print may vary slightly from the image displayed on your screen.

Differences in screen technology, brightness, colour settings and calibration may affect how colours and tones appear when viewing images online. These variations are not necessarily indicative of a fault with the finished print.

Image Cropping & Proportions

Photographs are prepared to suit the dimensions and proportions of the selected print size.

Depending on the original photograph and the selected dimensions, minor cropping may be required. We take care to preserve the intended composition and important details of each image wherever possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor adjustments to image cropping or proportions may be necessary to accommodate your selected print dimensions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices include the product options selected at checkout and free standard shipping within Australia.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before proceeding with the order to resolve the issue. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, we will offer the option of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling the order for a full refund.

5. Made-to-Order Production

All photographic prints are produced to order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

This production period allows time for printing, finishing, quality inspection and careful packaging. Production time is separate from transit and delivery time.

While we make every effort to meet the stated production timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including production issues, supplier delays or periods of unusually high demand.

If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Australian Orders

Free standard shipping is included with all orders delivered within Australia, across every available print size and product option.

This includes framed prints, canvas, acrylic and metal prints, including the largest available size.

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to help protect the artwork during transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided using the email address supplied at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the size of your order and the delivery carrier. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

If a delivery is delayed, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can assist with the matter.

International Orders

International orders are not available through standard checkout.

Customers outside Australia must contact us through the website contact form to request a shipping quotation before placing an order.

International delivery costs, available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed individually.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping quotations unless expressly stated.

We cannot control customs processing times or the fees imposed by overseas authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking any import restrictions or requirements that may apply to their country before ordering.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Change of Mind

As all photographic prints are produced specifically to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes circumstances where a customer:

  • Changes their mind after placing an order.

  • Selects the incorrect size, print medium or finish.

  • Decides the artwork does not suit their space or intended display.

  • No longer wants or requires the product.

  • Finds the same or a similar product elsewhere at a different price.

Please carefully review your order and selected options before completing payment.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to inspect and package every order before dispatch. However, if your print arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please email jakewiltonphoto@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant.

We may request further information or an opportunity to inspect the product to assess the issue.

Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the applicable remedy.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a refund and replacement. For a minor failure, we may be entitled to repair the product or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.

Where a return is required because of a confirmed product fault or other failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.

Please do not dispose of or alter a product that you believe is faulty or damaged before contacting us.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because delivery could not be completed due to information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to arrange redelivery.

This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or artwork, please retain the packaging and contact us with photographs as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because products are made to order, we encourage customers to check all order details carefully before submitting payment.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jakewiltonphoto@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request received before production has commenced. However, once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where production has commenced, we may be unable to cancel the order or provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect selection or other reason that does not give rise to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
